BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE
The questions behind
a confident decision.
Do I need a completed BOQ to start?
No. Share the furniture types, approximate quantities, location and required timeline you know now. A room schedule or early brief is enough to begin the discussion.
Can one enquiry cover several product categories?
Yes. Group the requirements by room, building or product category. Identify manufactured and sourced items and confirm the proposed responsibility for each in the quotation.
Can dimensions, materials and finishes be customised?
Discuss the selected model and intended use with our team. Any proposed changes, sample requirements and final specifications should be recorded in the approved drawing and proposal.
How are freight, delivery and installation handled?
Provide the delivery location, site access constraints and required phasing. Confirm freight, unloading, installation, exclusions and delivery commitments in the written commercial scope.
Can we visit the factory or request quality documents?
Request an appointment and specify the products or processes you wish to review. Ask for certificates and test records applicable to your selected models, including their scope and validity.
Do you consider both smaller orders and large project packages?
Yes. Tell us your requirement and stage of planning. There is no minimum project-value gate on this website; suitability, scope and commercial terms are reviewed individually.
