Do we need a completed BOQ or final budget?

No. Start with the furniture types, approximate quantities, project location and the decisions you need help with. Budget and BOQ upload are optional.

How are delivery and installation commitments agreed?

Confirm timelines, freight, unloading, access, site readiness, installation responsibilities and exclusions in the written proposal. A website enquiry does not set those commitments.

Which technical or quality documents should we request?

Ask for the selected model's drawing, dimensions, material and finish schedule, applicable certificate scope, sample approvals and agreed inspection requirements.
